Busy Busy Busy

Hi, Renxkyoko  Iglesias here !

I’ve been insanely busy these past few days.  The photos below tell you why.

So , my mother said we’d just hire some people to clean our backyard. Our backyard , folks, is one heck  of a mess. We have not cleaned it since October.  Anyway, I was totally on martyr mode and told Mom to keep the money, I’ll do it, mother dear, no biggie.  My gift on Mother ‘s Day, is all. And boy, do I regret it.  The weeds shown above are the second batch  of clean-up.

Well, that’s all, dear readers.

Oh, wait….  the  man living at the White House just fired  the FBI Director , James Comey, who has been tasked to investigate that man’s  team -Russia collution  in the 2016 election  * evil laugh *   ….. he seems to be directly trying to obstruct or stop the investigation of this collution with the Russians to influence the election.   Which makes me wonder…. isn’t Comey with this man’s  team ?  Or maybe perhaps he now  regrets what he had done , sees the consequences of his action,  ( his boss’  crazy but dangerous antics) , and now wants to do the right thing , for God and country ? The FBI has accelerated the investigation and is,  in fact, now asking  for more funds .  Heck,  millions and millions of dollars were spent investigating Bill Clinton’s blowjob  shenanigan.

Let’s see what happens.    Right now,   I feel like Nero playing the lyre and singing while Rome burned.  Sad.

Oh, and please check  out my anime/manga/video games  stuff @ http://2megaworthitwordpresscomblog.wordpress.com/

This is all for now. Peace.

  1. I was going to say something like . . .

“He fired the NBI Director too? First the FBI and now the NBI . . . what is this world coming to? Next thing you know, people will grow weed in their backyard . . . ”

. . . but then I thought better of it.

  2. Wow, you’re a good girl. I never got that level of martyr syndrome. At most, I would have been like, pay me instead of hiring outside… but I never liked yard work, so probably not even that.

  4. What a good daughter you are!

I have to say that the stuff going on in Washington, D.C. have echoes of Watergate, only it seems to be moving much faster.

    • They have to prove that there’s obstruction of justice, which we all know is an impeachable offence.

Cleaning the backyard is something I can do at least 2 hours a day, everyday. Good exercise. lol And I want to drink my coffee at the backyard , especially in summer. My mother loves gardening, but , she says she’s not that strong anymore. Her back hurts .

    • Yes, the feeling of give us more of this so we can impeach you , the sooner, the better. He can do anything, just don’t start World War 3.

  6. Your Nero analogy is spot-on. As I continue to laugh and make jokes and do leisurely things in the midst of the country descending into fascism, that’s the exact image that always enters my mind. Great post.

    • I also call it my Susan Sarandon moment. I feel bad about it because , you know, collateral damage.

I’ve zoned myself out 2 weeks before 9/11. Do you know I blame the media for this tragedy ?

  7. I love gardens, and creating gardens, though I’m less enthused by the necessary maintenance so I understand the value of the “present” you have given your mother, As for the White House shenanigans, I can’t believe its anything else than a direct response to Comey asking for more resources to investigate the Russian Trump “swamp” whatever else is said, and I share all your emotions on the subject. Much shaking of the head here.

    • There was a 4 year drought in California that ended last year in October when it rained from Oct. to April , as in almost everyday for 6 months. However instead of rejuvenating the brown , dry lawn, unwanted grass and weed had taken over the whole area.

I still can’t believe that guy is the president. Maybe I’m in denial ? ^^”

  8. I understand completely why you feel insured to play your lyre. I think that something is indeed burning. I’m playing a piccolo…trying to keep it light for now!

  10. You have been busy! But your yard is going to look great. And yes. Things are revving up in Washington. It’s unbelievable and disgusting.

    • Yes, I have ! !

I hope so. Last year, when the rains came ( after a 4 year drought here in California ) we thought we’d have a nice , green lawn again. Instead weeds had taken over, and we could only look out, then, horrified, we’d immediately close the curtains. ^_^ “

The mound of grass makes me think of a Youtuber who disguises himself as a bush. I like watching him scare people with his camouflage.

  13. One word of advice: Next year buy your mom flowers for Mother’s Day. 🙂 You did a good job, though, and I’m sure she really appreciates it.

    • Every year, I buy flowers . She loves orchids ( not cut flowers )…. she’s been wanting to have an orchid collection ( she had an orchid collection in the Philippines ) …. sadly, the orchids that she buys here in the US do not thrive. They all wither and die in winter. Ha ha

    • Last year, the grounds were all brown because of the4 year drought in Ca. It used to be a nice, green lawn, and last year , the rains came and we hoped the grass would come back to life. Instead, weeds took over .. * sigh *
