My Head’s Spinning

Hello !  Renxkyoko Iglesias here.

So,

I’ve been watching the Democratic National Convention  these last few days, parts of which have been recorded by my mother for when I get back from work..  I cannot miss this…. this is  a historical  first, at least in the US, that a woman is nominated for POTUS  by a major political party.

We were invited to a ” party ” at HC’s  campaign HQ  this evening, and I assume this is to listen to HC’s acceptance speech, and to  hip hip  hurrah  with fellow supporters.   I  RSVP’d  for my parents who are coming, and I wish I could go, but I have work.

I have to leave in a minute….but before I leave, I’m giving you a link, and I  hope you can read  Helen and Margaret ‘s  post. This summarizes what I feel about  Hillary’s  rival.

It’s HERE.

Bye for now.

i dont follow politics but when Donald Trump put his card in, I cringed. How can anyone vote for him? I have so many people on my FB that are going to vote for Hilary thank god! One author actually went so far as banning anyone who went to insult her. I banned one guy who championed Trump that he was putting up hate propaganda! I cant condone anyone who is so ignorant so racist. However when Elizabeth Banks did her mockery of Trump, I cheered. I stopped watching after that.
    I hope Hilary wins, Ren!

Yes. She did the walk and everything and said that Trump was over the top and full of himself. I never laughed so much

  3. Thank you for linking to the ladies. Wonderful!

And I am here watching the speeches. Soon, I will bite the bullet and start working for Hillary’s election. It is too important to leave it to chance.

  4. The speeches from the DNC are awesome. They are showing the dignity that a political party should have, after having to endure the hate coming out of the other camp last week.

  5. She’ll be the first woman president of the US, in case she wins against Trump.

I’m off to see Hillary in about thirty minutes. Maybe I can get a picture with her. 😉

  7. I am holding my fingers crossed for Hillary. The Donald makes me cringe and wonder what has happened to commonsense.

  8. Despite the flaws of Hillary, she is better than Trump so needs to win…if he wins it will be an indictment of the intelligence of the world.

    • Hillary has been in politics for almost 30 years…. she’s bound to make mistakes. Choosing between 2 evils is not the way to go, imo, Sadly, that’s the state of politics here in the US. But I do believe in her. She’s tough. She gets knocked down, she rises again and again. Isn’t that what we aspire for.?
