Yeah ! This semester is looking good ! < flicks hair, looks in the mirror >……. yup, that too.  My late nights must be wreaking havoc to my skin, but I guess not. ( yet ) I get only 4 to 5 hours of sleep everyday. I’m an alarm clock. No matter how late I go to bed I wake up at the same time. ( around 5 AM )

 

I’ve been thinking more often of my grandma these days because of my Spanish class. She’s deceased. She was a teacher and taught Spanish in college.  Everytime she’d come to visit us, she’d speak to me in Spanish, which I couldn’t understand, of course, and as a kid, I thought she was weird. " M ( my name ), ven aqui. "  And I’ d come over and give her a hug.  They said I was her favorite coz I was her youngest grandkid.  I really don’t remember her well. But I remember she’d always bring fruitcakes, which I liked. To this day, fruitcake is still one of my favorite cakes.  I don’t know why fruitcakes are getting such a bad rap here in the US. Because it’s so gay ? ^^"  I mean, we call gays fruitcakes too, right ? >_<  My mother makes fruitcakes too, from grandma’s recipes.  There’s rhum in it. Oh, this grandma was actually my father’s mother.  I never met my other grandma, who was my mother’s mom. She died when Mom was still in high school, I think.  Someday, I’ll make fruitcakes, too, then my future kids, and so on……. ( dreamy face )……  whoa, what’s this ? Am I getting sentimental ? Becuase of fruitcakes ? lol

 

  I was on IM again with my friend,, and I told her I got exerpts for my blog from our chat last night…. he he…. well, she made a comment here…… she mentioned SKIP Beat….. LOL….. yeah…… just like Skip Beat !  < goes into fangirl mode > It’s the 23rd of Sept already…. 12 more days to a new chapter of Skip Beat !…… < pause >……….oh, but -but Kyoko’s 5’7" and- and- I’m … < tears up > ………. reminds me of my  6 footer lab partner last semester…….. he used to tease me, like, " Hey, how’s the weather down there " (>_<)……… Well ! How’s the weather up there ? < pouts >

 

Oh, goodness ! It’s 1:11 AM………… waaaah, I’m not sleepy yet ! Darn caffeine ! !

 

Well, I’ll just count sheep, or stare at the ceiling…….. I sleep with lights on < ghosts, if you know what I mean, or something standing at the foot of the bed, looking down at me…….. >
